Attracted to yoga's physical benefits I began practicing about ten years ago. As my practice deepened, with time, I discovered an overflow of benefits from my daily practice that were not only physical, but also spiritual. I have over 500 plus hours of teacher training and count Yogi Charu, Scott Harig, Maty Ezraty and Sri Dharma Mittra as some of my teachers. Inspired by many different types of yoga, I strive to artfully weave elements of each into my creative and dynamic sequences. As a former opera singer with a Master of Music from SUNY Purchase, I take my love of music and integrate it into my diverse playlists in class. Moreover, I challenge my students to push through mental and physical boundaries in order to reach their true potential. By cultivating this strength and awareness the true healing can begin both on and off the mat--where the most important yoga happens.
