100hr Continuing Education with Bruce Chung and Rebecca Hajek

Teaching yoga is a skill that is developed much like the practice itself, through experience, one’s commitment to continued self-study and inquiry, and through learning from other teachers.

This 100-hour advanced yoga teacher training offers existing and experienced teachers an opportunity to advance their teaching skills through the practical application of different facets of the practice, as well as teaching methodologies.

From mobility to mantra, anatomy to pranayama, and more in-between this training is set up to give teachers a better understanding of concepts new and old, additionally providing tools on how to infuse these concepts into one’s pedagogy.

Bruce and Rebecca have a combined 25+ years of teaching experience, placing them in a suitable position to offer mentorship and education that will re-inspire and re-awaken any teacher’s practice and thus teaching.

Set in the lush shala of Floresta Encantada in Sintra, Portugal, the learning environment will allow teachers to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life, so they can dive deep and clear into the curriculum. Daily lunches and merienda will be catered by ayurvedic chef Nikki Lee, complementing the practices and nourishing teachers for what will be 10 days of extensive work.

Tuition includes the training, training manual, daily lunches and snacks, with dinner and brunch on the book-end days, as well as use of mats and props. Accommodation and transportation not included.
